Bob started his professional life as a Physical Education teacher and spent over 30 years of his life empowering the adults of tomorrow to stay healthy and active.
But Bob didn’t stop there, he then spent the last 17 years creating his book with a burning desire to change an entire nation’s view on being and staying healthy. Unhealthy and sick people place an enormous strain on everyone from themselves, their family to government medical system. Bob believes that even if you commit to “donate” only 2% of your day to your health you can avoid being an early statistic for many of the common killers like heart disease, cancer and diabetes.
